Alabama

I always loved the Drive-by Truckers.
Then I went to Alabama.
And now I really love them.


Went down south last weekend with some friends on a road trip to Alabama. I had never been before and it was an experience. We went to the Auburn Rodeo and found ourselves surrounded by 12,000 redneck/cowboy dressing college kids. Alabama is a different world for sure. The trip was a great start to summer.

I recommend listening to Never Gonna Change while you look through the pics above. Or maybe Women Without Whiskey or 18 Wheels of Love...

Bosnian Wedding

Last weekend I had the opportunity to go up to Chicago and shoot video at a Bosnian Muslim wedding. I didn't have any idea what anyone was saying but the homemade baklava was amazing and I had a great time. I shot mostly video but I was able to catch a few things. The video is being compressed now so hopefully some clips will be up soon. The traditional dancing is something to see..Congratulations to the newlyweds it was a great time.

First night shooting the Sunbelt Conference swimming and diving championships in Nashville. These guys and girls are intense about their swimming. Had a blast. Who would have thought swimming would be fun to watch?
